You asked, and we listened! FRONTSTEPS is constantly working to improve the functionality of all products within our suite. Today, we’re excited to showcase a feature that streamlines the processing of Violations and Maintenance items – drag and drop for pictures within our accounting platform, Caliber!
Users now can drag and drop pictures to both maintenance and compliance/violation items within Caliber. If you’re on the “Pictures Tabof a Maintenance or Violation item in Caliber Desktop, you can simply click and drag picture files from your computer and drop them onto the file area. You will see a progress bar appear as your pictures upload to the item.
If you attempt to upload a file type that is not supported, Caliber will display a message to try again with one of the accepted file formats: .bmp, .jpg, .jpeg, or .gif. Once the photo is uploaded, you can then edit the caption field and save your item.
Our drag and drop functionality within other areas of Caliber have always been popular with users, so we were happy to implement this idea when it was posted to UserVoice, our new community feature request platform!
This update brings convenience to homeowners saves you time and allows management to have a trail of images surrounding violations and community infringements.
