This webinar will provide best practices on two main subjects: getting your residents on FRONTSTEPS and properly using bulletins. Shaw will share strategies on inviting your residents to the platform and encouraging them to start using it. She will also provide tips on how to create bulletins and when you should use bulletins over emails.
