We like to keep you updated on new features and functionality within the entire FRONTSTEPS Suite. In July, our team released an important update for Directors that directly benefits Community/Connect users.
This new feature is called “Invoice View” and can streamline your process if you’re taking advantage of the FRONTSTEPS Suite.
By utilizing FRONTSTEPS Accounting (Caliber) & FRONTSTEPS Portals, your Directors can now view invoices for the entire community using the web app. Directors simply click on an invoice to view important details. Community managers will need to contact FRONTSTEPS to set up this functionality for your communities, but once activated can bring tremendous accessibility to your directors.
In August, Directors will be able to approve invoices on the web and access invoices from the mobile app. This release will bring even more convenience to directors and your teams.
