CAM App Instructions

Instructions for Downloading, Installing, and Logging In

 

Step 1:

 

• Navigate to the app store for your device, Android or iOS
  • Apple App Store Link
  • Google Play Store Link

• Install the app

 

Step 2:

 

• Log into your Caliber account.

• Navigate to menu option Tools -> Community Manager QR Code. This will present a QR code as shown below. This code is unique to your login so please do not share it.

• Tap the Community Manager mobile app on your phone to open it.
• Tap the button to always allow the use of GPS, ensuring location detail is fine when prompted.

• When prompted, tap the “Scan Now” button while pointing the phone camera at the QR code generated within Caliber as shown above.

• The app will prompt you, asking for permission to use the camera. Please ensure you grant this permission.

• After scanning the Caliber QR code, you will be prompted to enable either a biometric scan (face or fingerprint), or use of a PIN code. This is required for the app to work correctly. 

• You are now logged into the Community Manager app and are ready to start using it!
