Prior to joining FRONTSTEPS, Kohlmeyer served in financial leadership at PopSockets and Chipotle, where he played a pivotal role in scaling the finance function and driving long-term strategic initiatives. His experience consistently delivered results by aligning financial strategy with organizational goals.
