The Neighborhood

Come on over...

My mother is big on New Year's Resolutions. We had to do them every year growing up. Sitting over fondue on New Year's Eve, I'd promise and vow to not gag when I ate brussels sprouts and to finish my homework on time. My brother often promised to stop drinking grape soda (which he hated). It's unclear whether my mom saw through this. It didn't matter, she'd often suggest a few for us. Real subtle, mom.  But alas, I inherited this and I'm fond of making my family do them too. And so why not get a jump on your New Year's Resolutions and read about Top Ways to improve your neighborhood in 2018!  Here are some ah-hem ... suggestions!

Veterans make our communities better. Today, on Veterans Day (and the USMC birthday), we wanted to showcase the Veterans and military family members who are part of the FRONTSTEPS team. Just 1% of the US population serves in the military and our already talented FRONTSTEPS family has a strong military legacy. Meet some of our former Servicemembers and military family members.

(DENVER, CO) November 7, 2017 — FRONTSTEPS (www.FRONTSTEPS.com), the nation’s #1 software platform for HOAs, Builders, Security and Patrol Companies, Realtors, and Homeowners, announced the acquisition of Evercondo, a platform that allows condominium and high-rise based property managers, committee members, and owners to access management tasks via a single web platform and smartphone app.

The FRONTSTEPS Family is spread out across Colorado, Oregon (Nick P. is our resident Ducks fan!), Georgia, and  Arizona. Outside of Denver, our biggest presence is in California. Our Berkeley and Carlsbad offices have uber talented folks—our resident author, choir singer, and equestrian, Shari Brown, is a standout. Heeeeerrrrre's Shari.

Are you reading this on your phone?  You probably are. The average American spends about 5 hours a day on their phones. Your residents are on their mobile devices, so your community website should be too!
